Impulse Psychology is looking for a registered psychologist to join our growing team_


Skills and Qualifications

  • PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (applicants close to degree completion will be considered)
  • Licensed as a psychologist with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (student licensure is an option if full licensure has yet to be obtained)
  • English or French speaking, bilingualism is an asset
  • Experience in the treatment of impulserelated concerns, such as disordered eating, emotion dysregulation, and addictions
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills

About Impulse Psychology:

Impulse Psychology is a practice specializing in the treatment of impulse-related concerns. Founded by Dr.

Mallory Frayn in 2021, its mission is to show clients that impulse isn't bad, it's what you do with it that matters.

From disordered eating to emotion dysregulation, Dr. Frayn has consulted with clients seeking to better manage their emotions, urges, cravings, and other impulses.


She obtained her PhD in Clinical Psychology from McGill University, completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship with Drexel University, and is currently registered with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec and the College of Alberta Psychologists.
