Noam Hazan Design Studio, an award-winning and fast-growing architecture and design practice located in Toronto, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intermediate Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our team.

We are looking for a talented individual who is able to work independently, takes initiative, and is eager to grow within a company.

The position offers hybrid work flexibility, with 3-4 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities:

Work independently on various architectural projects, taking ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.

Collaborate with our team of architects and designers to develop creative and innovative design solutions, including interior design work.

Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to produce high-quality architectural drawings and presentations.

Interact with clients in a professional manner, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships (client-facing role may be optional, depending on the applicant).

Be knowledgable and stay updated with the Ontario Building Code and ensure compliance in all architectural designs.

Pay attention to technical details and maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in your work.

Contribute to the growth of the studio through your creative input, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, architectural technologist, or intern, including 1 year experience in Ontario.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to technical details and accuracy in work.

A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience from your current employment and university.

$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
