Key Accountabilities
- Provide support exporting information from various sources into excel reports.
- Aids with collection and compilation of work orders, BOL's, and other operational record keeping documents.
- Supports the management of customers/vendors, setting up new accounts in the Company's operational management system (OMS).
- Create sales orders in OMS.
- Review required paperwork, ensure required documents and information is available, entering data for invoicing.
- Complete customer invoicing through the company operational management system (OMS).
- Process credits and refunds on customer accounts.
- Responsible for ad hoc internal reports and customer requested billing/invoicing reports.
- Reviews and adjust employee time sheets.
- Maintain branch credit card, booking travel, and lodgings for operations staff.
- Regional lead for federal Reliability Status security program.
- Maintain monthly Forecast and revenue reports and month end activities.
- Assist project leads with job cost tracking reports, maintain job cost reports.
- Lead the administration, filing protocol and tracking of Safety files.
- Handle administrative requests and queries for management team, colleagues and other functional groups as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- College graduate in Office Administration / Accounting or similar area of study
- Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Previous Accounting, Logistics and Waste Management experience is an asset
- Must be detailoriented, highly organized and efficient
- You will be highly organized, efficient and have good attention to detail
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
