We are looking for
Junior Accounts Receivable person who is bright, motivated and have a passion for making a difference.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and monitor outstanding invoices and past due accounts
  • Efficiently resolve any problems prior to raising and issue of invoice
  • Initiate communication with customers to resolve pastdue account balances
  • Identify highrisk accounts and notify management
  • Prepare Weekly Accounts Receivable Report

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXEPERIENCE

  • Accounting Diploma
  • North American Credit/Collections/Accounts Receivable Experience in manufacturing
  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant North American accounting experience
  • Advanced Excel skills required, proficient in the Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and phone)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$23.00-$26.00 per hour
