Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage project development from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and contractors
- Estimate projects
- Order and track materials
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction and project management
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Experience in team management and supervision
Pay:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
