Position Purpose:

The VP Marketing will help TRAFFIX increase profitable sales by researching, planning, developing, and executing marketing and advertising initiatives. The VP Marketing is also responsible for developing and leading the organization's marketing team.

They will keep up to date with new marketing techniques and monitor what is working for the company and what is not by analyzing sales in conjunction with marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns.


  • Increase company sales through the planning, development, and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Establish a comprehensive brand strategy for TRAFFIX channels including a transition roadmap and market launch that builds greater awareness of TRAFFIX to target markets.
  • Partner with Sales to create differentiated services marketing strategies, then set winning gotomarket strategies.
  • Conduct market research and develop initiatives to maximize profitable sales based on market insight.
  • Hire, lead, coach, and inspire a high performing and engaged marketing team.

Position Summary:

Actively lead, participate in, and direct the activities of the Marketing team to meet TRAFFIX's revenue and profitability goals. Responsible for maintaining and strengthening brand health and delivering both short
- and long-term profitable growth through sound strategic planning, and operational and leadership excellence.


The VP Marketing is a member of the TRAFFIX executive team, expected to actively participate in shaping and driving overall business strategy and awesome company culture.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:
  • Establish brand strategy implementing and increasing TRAFFIX broad Trademark portfolio internationally.

Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to gather information about target customers, their preferences, needs, and buying behavior.

Promotion and Advertising:
  • Develop promotional strategies to raise awareness and generate demand for services in the target audience and effectively communicate the value and benefits of TRAFFIX services to drive sales. Promotional strategies to include advertising campaigns, public relations efforts, social media marketing, content marketing and other communication channels.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with customers. Implement customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and personalized marketing campaigns. Understand customer needs and preferences to deliver targeted experiences and maintain customer satisfaction, ultimately leading to repeat purchases and brand advocacy.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
  • Continually monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Gather competitive intelligence and analyze data to identify emerging opportunities, potential threats, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make datadriven decisions.

Content Marketing:

  • Create and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and engage target audience. This can include blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, ebooks, and more. Build brand authority, educate customers, and nurture relationships throughout the customer journey.

Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization:
  • Utilize various online advertising channels to reach and engage with the target audience, including display ads, search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, video advertising, and remarketing campaigns. Improve TRAFFIX website visibility and ranking in search engine results pages. Optimize website content, meta tags, site structure, and other factors to enhance organic (unpaid) search engine visibility.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:
  • Generate leads for the sale pipeline though various tactics such as content marketing, online advertising, SEO, and social media marketing. Nurture leads through targeted communication and engagement strategies. Build relationships to keep leads engages and move them closer to conversion.
