Are you a strong communicator and believe in the power of collaboration? If so, we are currently looking for an Operations Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator to evaluate modifications to assets, operation and organization to ensure that no new hazards are introduced and that the risk of existing hazards to employees, the public, or the environment is not unknowingly increased.

You will be responsible to coordinate cross border change management efforts on behalf of Liquid Pipelines Operations.

What you will do:

  • Accountable for coordination of all changes that have an impact on Operations and are vetted through the various management of change processes.
  • Lead a centralized and coordinated triage approach to all proposed changes to ensure those with potential high consequence are afforded the vital attention in the pursuit of safe and reliable operations.
  • Identify and tailor messaging to impacted Operations stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with a large team of Regional MOC Coordinators and Operations Services department Subject Matter Experts to ensure appropriate decisions are made for every change that affects Operations.
  • When required, resolve differences in opinion between multiple Operations stakeholder groups into a singular position.
  • Demonstrate broad technical knowledge in resolving problems, identifying opportunities and making recommendations for change around the assets, hazards, operations improvements, and any other areas that may arise.
  • Responsible for managing and facilitating Operations and Maintenance Manuals (OMM) Deviation Process.
  • Develop, manage, and continually improve Operations management of change processes and standards.
  • Participate in business and/or enterprise initiatives pertaining to management of change processes.

Who you are:

  • Related university degree and four‐plus years of experience OR eight‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
  • Engineering degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills including negotiating, problemsolving, communicating, and active listening; ability to build effective working relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Ability to educate others and facilitate change within a business environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Office Environment.
  • Occasional travel throughout Liquid Pipelines Canadian and U.S. Operations.
  • Valid driver's license.
