Responsibilities:
- Operate modern printing equipment, ensuring highquality output and efficiency.
- Complete job dockets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Prioritize the production schedule based on delivery deadlines, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Manage paper stock and materials, preparing them for various substrates.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed production goals.
Experience:
- A proactive selfstarter with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
