You as a Construction Manager will:

Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of all EllisDon Developments' (EDD) Residential projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives.

Engage with EllisDon Residential construction in all budgeting and costing exercises to optimize project revenues and maintain appropriate quality objectives
Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
Develop and maintain, in consultation with ED Residential, Pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules.
Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)
Communicate schedule and challenges effectively to the EDD team, and project stakeholders.
Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to in consultation with ED Residential.

Is this the right role for you?

10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in Residential Construction
Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential
Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills
