This is a part time position, 100% Remote.

As the GTA's leading kids catering company, we serve over 40,000 healthy and nutritious meals and snacks a day to childcare centres and schools.

The Role

Essential Duties

Supporting recruitment efforts by posting and sorting job advertisements, sourcing resumes, conducting phone prescreens, arranging interviews, sitting in on interviews, conducting reference checks
Updating company job descriptions and policies.
Assist in the organization of Team Member social events
Assist with new hire orientations

What We're Looking For

A university degree or college diploma, preferably in human resources, is required or equivalent experience and CHRL designation an asset
1 to 2 years generalist experience in Human Resources and Labour Relations
Strong knowledge of Federal Legislation, the Canada Labour Code, Canadian Human Rights Act and Occupational Health & Safety Act
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to multitask and produce results in a fastpaced environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, proven account management experience
An interest in food and/or children's services
