- Logging/tracking of information using excel to ensure all data is up to date.
- Following up with crews to ensure all issues are dealt with in a timely manner
- Communicating with operations (management) on a daily basis
- Assisting shift supervisors with all other administrative tasks
- Coordinating with our fleet department to ensure all trucks are in working order
- Handling all customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by seeking and applying scheduling knowledge
- Daily crews calls to ensure all route are on track and will be able to complete within their scheduled times.
- Use scheduling software to filling in the daily schedules ( day shifts) and assisting with scheduling if needed on nights.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the scheduling program, ensuring that new or more accurate information is diligently input, and all input deadlines are met

- Experience and/or knowledge in a logistical environment is a preferred
- Available to work overnight shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
