High traffic Hyundai automotive dealership is currently looking to fill the position of _
Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor_

Essential Duties:

Promptly meet and greet all clients in a friendly and courteous manner
Handle client concerns and/or misunderstandings with courtesy and tact
Perform vehicle walkaround
Obtain preauthorization costs, parts availability, and payments
Review and monitor all appointment files, recommendations, scheduled maintenance, recalls and check for previous service recommendations
Explain what service/repair is recommended to customers
Ability to to perform and multitask in a fastpaced environment
Monitor repair process, check job status and update customer of work in process
Monitor all repair orders from opening to closing and ensure that customers are updated on progress
Review CSI monthly score and day to day performance
Review with the customer loaner policies and warranty details
Other duties as assigned by management

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:_
-
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor

Automotive experience with Serti will be a definite asset
Have superior customer service skills and computer knowledge
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be extremely organized
Pay close attention to detail
Be selfmotivated and reliable
Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
Valid drivers license and clean abstract

Pay:
$60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
