The Crescent Hotels and Resorts Corporate & Global Edge Investments team is looking for an Office Manager to join their hybrid workforce. Jointly reporting to the Executive Vice President/Partner of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and the President & Founder of Global Edge Investments the Office Manager delivers administrative support to both companies. This role provides a unique opportunity to have real impact on both businesses through client communications, business development proposals, facility & financial management, vendor and benefit administration and other administrative duties as needed. The successful individual will handle inquiries, leadership requests, providing technical, transactional, and communication support to key leadership members at both organizations.

  • You're flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • You're highly organized, self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work independently and when needed with internal business partners at all levels of the organization
  • You have a keen eye for details and enjoy anticipating the needs of those you work closest to.
  • Ready to support the deployment, administration and sustainment of new and existing P&C policies and programs
  • Provide administrative support, data analysis, travel arrangements and report preparation for the Executive Vice President/Partner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity through all courses of actions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
    Required Skills and Abilities
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar or like role as either an executive assistant or office manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of all Microsoft suite products
  • Strong desire to continuously improve
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
