Canadian Commercial Contractors has conducted work across Canada in commercial/retail centres including shopping centres, plazas, office buildings,restaurants,clinics,pharmacies, schools, daycare and custom homes.

As a Business Development Manger, you are to acquire new customers and accounts and maintaining relationships with them. You are highly ambitious and able to manage multiple workflows on the go

  • Develop Sales and marketing Strategy
  • Identify potential leads and create a pipeline
  • Perform Outbound Sales by meeting with Potential Leads
  • Convert cold leads to warm leads and close the warm leads
  • Build and Maintain relationship with new and existing clients
  • Attend and participate in trade shows
  • Contract review with clients
  • Develop Scope of Work and Estimates
  • Responsible for RFQ and RFPs
  • Meet quarterly Sales Target
  • Sales/Business Development Experience is must
  • Experience in Construction Industry
  • Some construction technical knowledge

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L4Z 4C4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
