As part of our Actuarial and Investment Consulting group, and reporting directly to the Vice President, the
Investment Analyst will lead the investment specialty and develop solutions in support of our clients and Group Retirement Savings Account Executives and Consultants.

What you need to be successful in this role:

CFA in good standing or in progress
Exceptionally polished communication skills
Excellent clientfocus and professional acumen
Experience with performance monitoring for defined contribution pension plans
Experience with SIPP compliance for defined benefit pension plans
Experience interacting with and participating in meetings with investment managers
Exposure to both traditional asset classes as well as alternative asset classes
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Track record of mentoring junior colleagues to deliver high quality work
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Morningstar and evestment
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
