Hall Shoring & Foundations as a Superintendent**
Your day-to-day will look like:

Manage overall schedule and cost; allocate resources across disciplines and respond proactively.
Attack causes of cost.
Focus on production and work improvement to drive the most profit.
Incorporate knowledge of discipline and can bring others up to speed.
Leverage subcontractors / suppliers relationships to increase bidding opportunities.
Manage crews.
Recognize and mitigates risks in contracts, technical specs, and operations.
Think creatively and provide solutions to team.

You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:

Qualifications_:
Foundation Piling / Drilling / CFA Experience is required.
Years of experience: minimum yrs.
Education: Grade 12 with diploma (Post Secondary Asset).
Designations: Valid Drivers License / First AID / Ground Disturbance Lv. 2.
Technical Skills:_
Considered an asset: Foundation Drilling or Piling Experience / Safety Training / Engineering Training / Managerial or Leadership Training.
Interpersonal Skills:_
Coordinate knowledge across segments or areas in a project.
Recognize gaps in knowledge on a project. Consult with Subject Matter Experts on complex operations.
Set the expectation for the company and the leader of the daytoday operations.
Understand the project direction & client requirements before planning execution phase
Create positive Client Relations through collaboration and cooperation.
Available to Company Operations & Clients within timely matter.
Listen and address concerns of the crew.
Site Safety awareness and knowhow of when to intervene.
Regular and clear communication with project team & office personnel.
Ensure all compliance documentation and data for projects are up to date.
Equipment and Safety records are scheduled and organized / Evaluates Improvement Factors.
Conflict Management Awareness with multiple personality types / honest & sincere.
