Shifts:
Days/Nights including weekends (12 hour rotation)

Rate of Pay:
$ $31.26

per hour

Qualifications:

Current Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
Current CPR and BCLS
Working in expanded scope of practice
Clinical knowledge and comfortable working within a busy environment with numerous trachs, central lines and wounds
Competent to administer medications and treatments
Comfortable working with complex dressings
Expertise working with respiratory clients and associated task (suctioning, performing tracheotomy care)
If not already working with PICC lines, prepared to receive training and work with PICC lines within one month of hire
Catheterization, Trach suctioning, Wound/skin courses would be an asset and/or commitment to complete
Demonstrated regular attendance at work

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
