About the role

The
Material Handler Position is
located in the Distribution Centre and is responsible for shipping, receiving, and moving products in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining an organized and tidy warehouse and stock environment.

They provide support to the customer and sales staff regarding the product, order quantity, availability, and location of stock.

Position Type/Schedule
This role will be onsite based out of the Distribution Center. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:00 pm. 40 hours per week.

You will be challenged physically. There will be lots of hands-on work and being able to keep endurance in a high pace environment lifting up to 50lbs (average is 10-20lbs).

You will have ongoing learning. Previous warehouse experience is an asset however; we will be providing regular onsite training to utilize our innovative technology and equipment.

What You'll Bring To This Role?

High school completion
Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs
Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate simple equations mentally
Forklift license, is an asset but not required
Ability to be inclusive, collaborative, and respectful
Previous experience in warehouse operations including shipping/receiving
