_How will we challenge and develop you?_
You will keep the warehouse organized and efficient, while keeping production flowing with material.

It will be your responsibility to receive and transfer goods within the warehouse, preparing outgoing shipments for our customers and returning shipments to our vendors.

You will use your strong problem-solving skills to find resolutions to shipping and receiving discrepancies.

You will use your previous warehouse experience to bring forward new ideas to improve efficiencies, quality, innovation.

_What will your day-to-day look like working for PC350?_

You will:
- operate the forklift to promptly unload trucks and incoming deliveries
- package finished products for shipping including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling, etc.
- arrange and prepare packaged product for skidded or parcelled shipment
- assist with completing all required shipping and receiving documentation
- inspect and verify incoming products / items against order forms and invoices, record shortages and report damaged goods to the purchasing manager
- label and organize all skids/material in the warehouse
- pick and deliver required material for the production team, while actively communicating with them to effectively handle material and notify them of problems/concerns
- maintain and conduct inventory spot check and quality control procedures
- conduct regular preventative maintenance and initial troubleshooting on the forklift
- understand and follow all warehouse and production policies and procedures
- maintain a clean and safe warehouse and outside storage by stacking skids or pallets in designated areas, cleaning up and disposing of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping material, etc.
- perform additional duties as required


_What will you bring to the Team?_

  • Five (5) years of forklift and warehouse experience in conjunction with a valid forklift license.
- knowledge of fundamental safety principles within a manufacturing environment
- knowledge and respect for health & safety policies and procedures
- flexibility to take on any production task at a moment's notice

  • A selfstarter who is resulted oriented and understands the importance of quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan & organize a warehouse.
- experience with proper material handling techniques
- demonstrated track record for being dependable, accountable
- competency in multi-tasking, problem solving and troubleshooting to provide solutions
- a collaborator, strong team player with demonstrated communication skills (written & verbal)
- the ability to lift up to 50lbs
