The Packer Supervisor is responsible for leading packers to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets. They must foster a working environment that is fair, equitable and driven to continuously improve.Responsibilities
- Supervise Team Members: resolve personnel issue and lead Performance Improvement Process.
- Schedules, directs and monitors the work of assigned Team Members in a manner that supports exceeding daily standard production rates.
