Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing Regional PMA Sales Manager to join our team


As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strategic and growth oriented preventive maintenance sales force, coordinating a sales team of +/- 20 members.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage current team of PMA representatives ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and regulations and to follow business guidelines related to pricing and review, including auditing/correcting compliancy accordingly.
  • Participate in teh hiring process and mentoring new PMA sales representatives.
  • Track & distribute Quota & New Sales Performance to current PMAs.
  • Promote and launch new service/product offerings.
  • Tracks & analyzes sales performances and profitability.
  • Actively identifying and sourcing new customer bases, specifically Regional Accounts.
  • Host reoccurring monthly oneonones with each PMA Rep & their applicable Reporting Managers with a set agenda.

Qualifications:


  • Fire & Life Safety industry expereince (Fire Alarm and Sprinkler) _required_
  • 2+ years of previous Sales experience and/or Sales Management Expereince
  • Selfstarter with evidence of prospecting experience or customer cold calling
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills


  • Computer skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
