We are looking for customer-oriented, motivated individuals to join our professional team.

- Inspect, service and maintain a diverse fleet of construction equipment including earth-moving, compact and aerial equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment malfunctions and make required repairs.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of inspections, maintenance and work orders.
- Contribute to a professional and safe work environment by keeping the shop and yard clean, and following all company policies and procedures, and safety requirements.
- Mechanical experience working on a variety of construction equipment is required.
- Valid Class G driver's license with clean or satisfactory driver's abstract (no more than 3 demerit points). You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver's abstract upon request.
- Must have own tools.
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician License (421A or 310T) is an asset.
- Available and willing to work over-time as needed.
- Strong understanding of computer applications and diagnostic tools.
- Expertise in diesel and gas engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, with a strong focus on following procedures and promoting a safe work environment.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technology.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
