Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Client Experience Advisor to enhance member satisfaction and promote digital solutions.

The Role:
Support clients with banking transactions, offer personalized solutions, and develop business relationships. This position involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice to meet those needs.

The Requirements:

• Relevant experience in client-facing roles.
• A high school diploma is required; however, additional certifications or qualifications may be beneficial for career advancement.

We encourage candidates who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also have strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Candidates will need to be knowledgeable about financial services products as well as French language proficiency.
