Currently we have a very long term contract role with a global worldwide consulting organization has an immediate need for a Team Lead - Cloud Transformation (Bilingual French) - ONSITE to lead a team on a cloud transformation project for one of the major banks in Canada.

Our client, a consulting firm that specializes in cloud based projects is working on a long term project with one of the major banks.

The aim is to transform from on-prem.

Job Requirements

10+ years of industry related experience
Ability to analyse customer requirements and define these as a formal specification for software development related to cloud transformation
Experience working with : cloudnative, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, etc is critical
Previous experience with a cloud transformation project is ideal
Bilingual in English & French
Soft skills a real leader who is not afraid of change or of reticence in the team to drive change needs to push back where required—passionate about change
Ability to manage and direct a.
