Doctors' Choice Integrative Medicine Clinic is seeking a full
- time or part-time receptionist for our busy, integrative health clinic in downtown Vancouver.

As the receptionist, you will be responsible for patient bookings, placing and receiving small orders, setting up lab work, managing the clinic schedule, among many other administrative tasks in our integrative health clinic.

This position would be well-suited to an individual who has experience working in a natural health setting, or who is very passionate about holistic health._

Our clinic is ever growing Our current health care practitioners include 2 Naturopathic Doctors, a Registered Massage Therapist and a Registered Professional Counsellor.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the updates of social media platforms
• Answer all phone calls in a kind manner
• Booking patients in, and reminding them of their appointments
• Maintaining tidiness of the clinic & adherence to clinic policies
• Placing and receiving clinic orders, as well as product shipment to our patients
• Entering patient invoices and vendor bills in Jane & Quickbooks
• General computer software troubleshooting
• Providing quality customer service to patients
• Managing clinic schedule for multiple practitioners
• Performing COVID19 protocols including patient screening, cleaning and disinfecting

Experience and/or knowledge for this position should include:

• Proficient in MS office
• Experience using Quickbooks Online
• Familiarity / experience with Jane scheduling & billing
• Experience as a receptionist and/or with administrative duties
• Proficient computer and social media skills along with the ability to troubleshoot minor IT problems
• Marketing experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and weekly newsletters (MailChimp)
• Knowledge or keen interest of Naturopathic Medicine, Nutrition, Registered Massage Therapy & Acupuncture
• Desire to create relatable content for our blog and social media platforms

Knowledge and/or experience in the above fields are preferred, but not required.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized and motivated who can multitask while contributing to the smooth operation of a busy, growing clinic.

Compensation varies, and is dependent upon your experience. Starting/training wage is $17.50/hour during the training period (1 month) and increases immediately following.

COVID-19 considerations:

We employ extensive COVID-19 protocols including screening of all entrants to the clinic, porch pickup of all medicines, virtual medicine visits for patients, hourly sanitization of all common touch surfaces in the clinic, mandatory masking, etcetera.
