This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.


The MUA will be responsible for the overall appearance through the medium of make-up, hairstyles and wardrobes of the employees throughout shifts, as well as supervising and documenting the appearance of employees in the studio, and maintaining an organized environment, according to the Company's Appearance Guidelines.

Interpret the make-up requirements of employees to produce both a flawless and technically accurate visual representation.

Deal with the supervision and coordination of the Stylist team during their shifts, manages the stock of products, proposes, and carries out activities to maintain and improve the efficiency and working conditions of the team.


Specific Responsibilities:

- _ Reporting to Lead of Appearance_

  • Verifies and coordinates the activity of the Stylist Team during shift.
  • Prompt organization of tools and products provided by the Company to carry out daily tasks.
  • Time efficiency to properly deliver makeup/hair/overall appearance working directly with onair employees ensuring image is appropriate according to Company standards for live broadcast in a fastpaced environment.
  • Delegate and oversees the image needs of the employees to maintain beauty image during live production as necessary to compensate for lighting changes and to acheive continuity of makeup throughout shift.
  • Monitor and perform makeup and hairstyle retouching, proactively and on request in a faced pace environment to ensure appearance in accordance with the Company standards.
  • Appearance Quality Assurance Monitoring
  • Creates and update the documentation on the employee's appearance prior to set.
  • Assist and manage inventory control of cosmetics, styling products and tools, uniforms and accessories in makeup studio, storage and cosmetic waste.
  • Manage correct storage and use of the equipment used: work tools, furniture, consumables.
  • Effective communication with Lead of Appearance for product orders and supply replenishment.
  • Inform management of any issues or concerns throughout performing tasks.
  • Adhere to excellent hygiene standards, cleanliness, sanitization, disinfection and overseeing of the work tools and workplace environment.
  • Assisting Lead of Appearance in educating new employees on company standards in terms of appearance. (Makeup, hairstyle and uniform appearances from head to toe)
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors in loss prevention of all products
  • Provide report on the number and type of hairstyles and makeup activities performed.
  • Report promptly without delay to any request received through the company's communication channels during working hours.
  • Proper documentation of game host appearance and attention to detail on wardrobe, makeup / hair looks specified for set.
  • Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards your colleagues.
  • Reports on the team's activity, based on the tracking files filled in by the team + their own tracking files.
  • Promote an atmosphere which is optimal for the people to perform and give their absolute best.
  • Maintaining an awareness of the latest products and trends in beauty.
  • Other related business duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficient with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Effective Communication and Time Management Skills
  • Sound planning, judgement and decision making
  • Experience working as a makeup artist and hair photography and film.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in makeup artistry and basic hairstyling
  • Knowledge in various beauty products and services available.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Must be comfortable with using a computer.
  • Experience in leading makeup tutorials and presentations
  • Ability to work in a high level, fast paced environment
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills and Presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of makeup products, techniques and technologies
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset and artistic personality
  • A positive and selfmotivated teamoriented player in a collaborative environment.
  • A portfolio, social media and/ or website will be mandatory some of the signature looks they've created.
