Our office is located in Markham. Please consider your commute time before you apply.Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Day to Day Operational Management
- Ensure appropriate files and talking summary are given to the CEO prior to meetings and phone calls
- Coordinate, schedule and confirm travel arrangements
- Support and help the CEO to focus on selling and closing large deals only.
- Help with some of his external commitments, charities, nonbusiness appointments.
- Responding to general inquiries and forwarding inquiries to various departments
- Accurately record minutes from meetings.
- Completes other administrative/sales tasks assigned by the President
Requirements:

Very computer literate
- A minimum of 3 years of
business to business experience (not retail) - Ability to recall information and to maintain confidentiality
- Meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptive in response to changing needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with judgment and tact
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
