    Description
    Job description:TRI-AIR Systems is a family owned and managed HVAC maintenance and service company with our office and shop located in Markham. We service the GTA and surrounding area and provide our technicians with a company vehicle. We are a union company (Local 787)and are hiring a talented HVAC Service MECHANIC or registered apprentice professional to join our team.     MUST BE LIVING IN ONTARIO CANADA.
    Qualifications:
    • Licensed Mechanic (313A), will consider registered apprentice.
    • Have your G2 license, G1 is preferred.
    • Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
    • Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job.
    • Ability to work independently without much supervision.
    • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
    • Driver's license and a clean drivers abstract.
    • Ability to effectively manage time.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment.
    • Educating our client on how to use and maintain their equipment.
    • Perform scheduled and emergency service on a variety of HVAC equipment.
    • Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
    • Order parts needed for repairs if needed.
    • Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
    • Complete quote sheets for work recommended.
    • Explain issues with equipment and repairs to clients.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients.

    Job Types:
    • Full-time, Part-time.

    Salary:
    • $52.89 per hour / $80,000.00-$135,000.00 per year.
