Summary of Responsibilities:
- Become a trusted expert on the business by delivering business insights and performance analytics in support of the QR/MBP agenda and monthly/ad hoc reporting proactively for the overall portfolio
- Manage portfolio A&P, budget tracking and agency retainers with the Head of Marketing including monthly reporting and ongoing investment optimization / M&E partnering with BAP team
- Manage the legal/DMC review process through Diageo Content Hub
- Build and complete social media calendars working closely with the agency and brand teams to ensure work is in brand voice
- Strong budget and performance monitoring and management on a monthly basis as part of O&R process
- Coordination of Brand Change and be masterful project manager working cross functionally with key partners that include Innovation, Supply and our commercial teams
- Support the Head of Marketing on daytoday administration of Department needs, including but not limited to meeting coordination, team culture initiatives, budget tracking and prioritization, weekly meeting agendas and deliverables tracking.
- Be scrappy and execution focused you'll have the opportunity to drive the operational marketing business as a support to the overall team from top to bottom and will be able to lean into several functional areas beyond traditional brand responsibilities. - Be able to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize and drive to action in a timely manner across a broad portfolio
- Be comfortable / fluent with data manipulation and analysis
- Be performance motivated and become a commercial expert
- Effectively manage budgets in an organized manner
- Maintain positive outlook amidst challenges and effectively problemsolve and make decisions
- Demonstrate personal accountability for great wellrounded performance
- Coordination of Marketing T&E, tracking and reporting
- Other duties as assigned based on rhythm of the business
