+ Plan, deliver and evaluate sporting, recreation, social, cultural, leisure fundraising wellness volunteer student activities + Assist in planning developing implementing local campus annual business plan + Develop update student events calendar Liaise with community groups Manage extracurricular activities events Ensure student committees clubs are organized advertised Provide leadership budget oversight Support organize campus community fundraising events Organize leadership training for students Coordinate with NBCCSU NBCC on matters related to student activities Ensure adequate fitness resources are available for students Manage Local NBCCSU Social Media accounts Work virtually Student Life Officer Team Collaborate on events ensure similar student life experience at each campus Organize annual student executive elections Ensure accounting policies are in place for managing budget Understand provide guidance concerning NBCCSU constitution bylaws guidelines Assist executive adhering these requirements Provide guidance role with students Manage flow of information from to students staff community Control use Student Union equipment facilities resources Manage financial aspects office including events Monitor business plan including budget Report irregularities recommend adjustments Supervise staff practicum summer students Qualifications High School diploma equivalent minimum two-year post-secondary training Experience bookkeeping accounting Proficient Microsoft Office suite Teams Powerpoint Word Excel Experience working Student Representative Councils Health Safety Committees Excellent oral written communication organizational skills Proof clean CPIC criminal record check fingerprinting Experience social media Possess driver license access vehicle About New Brunswick Community College (NBCC)
