The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Operations Administratorto join ourteam as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:

  • Office supplies inventory management;
  • Onboarding of new starters;
  • Administration of building security access cards;
  • Support with the Space IQ booking system and reporting requirements;
  • Lead or assist in special projects as required;
  • Directing the business to the approved filing and archiving processes;
  • Liaising with building management to address maintenance issues and requests; and
  • Providing coverage for Reception and mail handling responsibilities
  • Support daily staff requests
  • Assists with various events

What You Bring

  • Keen attention to detail;
  • Bilingualism French and English both spoken and written;
  • Professionalism and confidence when dealing with internal clients and external vendors;
  • Being effective in planning and organizing work, showing an ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage expectations;
  • Takes initiative to look for ways to improve processes that maintain the quality controls required in ensuring that output is correctly completed
  • Demonstrating capability to think broadly, considering a wide range of internal and external factors when solving problems
  • Being aware of the sensitivity of information and treating it appropriately;
  • Being able to generate original ideas, finding more efficient / effective ways of doing jobs and making useful suggestions for improvements; and
  • Grasping instructions quickly and accurately and solving novel or problem situations
