Oversee adherence to brand standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
Lead the gas bar team, providing direction and guidance to team members, coaching, training/development, talent management, and recruitment.
Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and liquor products, managing relationships with vendors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
A Grade 12 education.
3+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Familiarity with petroleum products, storage, handling, and safety.
Strong skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
A valid Class 5 Driver's license.
Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
