    Pointments is a product that is in it's launch phase which provide appointments, referals, prescriptions for Medical Professionals and Clients.

    As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for owning the technical configuration of integrations for our clients, and creating API configurations when their software requires it.

    You're primary responsibilities will be:

    • Complete Zapier Integrations to customer databases for each Professional on Pointments

    • Update Pointments integration request status on Pointments business app

    • Speak with customers on the phone during support sessions

    • Answer relevant questions

    • Remote in to customer environment

    • Solve any issues that come up for customers

    • Other related technical support issues as needed.

    About you:

    • 1-2 years experience with Zapier

    • Excellent verbal communication skills

    • Solid nderstanding of API technology

    • Previous technical support experience
