Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:


  • Manage front office operations including greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services.
  • Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and processing payments.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and verification.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide general support to the psychologists and other staff members.

Social Media Management:


  • Develop and implement a social media strategy in line with our practice's goals and ethics.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content on various social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Monitor social media channels for client queries and feedback.
  • Track and report on social media engagement and analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and mental health topics.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to mental health issues.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.

Preferred Skills:


  • Prior experience in a healthcare or psychological services setting.
  • Basic understanding of mental health terminology and practices.
  • Creative skills for developing engaging and informative social media content.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$18.50-$21.50 per hour
