Description

Dream on Me Kidiway Canada is a leading producer of baby care products such cribs, baby gear, mattress and furniture.

• Match purchase orders, packing confirmation and bill of lading with invoice, and verify quantity, price shipping charge, tax and other information on the invoice to make sure each shipped order was correctly invoiced
• Scan back up document for each invoice and enter into accounting system
• Collect and record payments received by check, EFT and credit card in accounting system and attach all backup documents to payment
• Collect backup documents for all customer deductions taken on payments, create credit memo and attach deduction backup to each credit memo
• Dispute payment discrepancy and unreasonable deductions
• Investigate noncompliance deductions and provide feed back to operations handle customer requests regarding invoicing, payment and credit
• Match invoices received from vendors with purchase orders and receiving documents provided by warehouse team
• Enter bills into accounting system, scan and attach back up document to each bill entered
• Followup on payments due from the head office
• Prepare Monthly A/R summary
• Send weekly hours report to HR for payroll

• Proven multitasker who can work independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel and Power point)
• Knowledge of Quick books an asset
• Bilingual (English/French)

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

• DEC (_Diplôme d'études collégiales_) in business administration or the equivalent

• Casual dress
• Flexible schedule

• 8 hour shift

• DCS / DEC (preferred)

• Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
