Job summary
The Senior Manager will define and implement the product development sales marketing strategy for an Investment product or portfolio with P L accountability Conduct market research forecasting pricing and competitive analysis Innovate to develop new products and enhancements to existing ones to improve the customer experience Collaborate with internal partners across the organization to take products to market and manage all risks associated with products ensuring compliance including risk reporting Develop framework for evaluating problems or issues defines research approach leads change management programs of varying scope type readiness assessments planning stakeholder management execution evaluation sustainment initiatives Drives business case strategic roadmap for products services including accountability project budget approval Optimizes financial performance customer value product portfolio Continuously improves processes identify issues deliver optimal customer experience Works internal stakeholders develop materials training salesforce manages changes May support sales team development specific deals customers client presentations Develops relationships external partners vendors Sets operates within product risk parameters metrics Operates group enterprise-wide level specialist resource senior leaders stakeholders Applies expertise creatively address unique ambiguous situations find solutions complex non-routine problems Implements changes response shifting trends Broader work accountabilities may assigned as needed
