Your tasks at a glance

  • You are the contact person for most interactions with head office (ex: inventory, IT, purchasing, HR, order deliveries, etc.).
  • You are responsible for data entry and followups in various accounting and computer systems.
  • You do necessary followups for the audit action plans.
  • You support the team by filling in for various clinical positions.
  • You are in charge of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

  • You have excellent communication skills_._
  • You are comfortable with computer tools and new technologies.
  • You are organized, rigorous and show initiatives.
  • You have a passion for customer service.
