ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Booking, and rebooking, clients though our booking system
  • Accountable for maintaining required sales closing ratios and other related key results(inbound and outbound)
  • Seize opportunities to crosssell services
  • Maintain, and improve, quality results by adhering to stands and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
  • Attention to client confidentiality and security
  • Processing client payments, invoicing as required & billing insurance companies, and other third parties as required
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the office
  • Other duties as required

  • 1 + years sales experience preferred

  • Available, and able, to work in Edmonton, Alberta.

Compensation
$ per hour to start, depending on work experience and skillset, with access to additional incentives as the role progresses.


Working hours
We are looking to fire one person for the position.

During training, the role is expected to be a minimum of 10-20 hours per week, and after training, the role will be 5-15 hours per week, with the potential to move up to full time hours depending on business needs.

Scheduled shifts may fall between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Monday to Saturdays. We are closed for all Alberta Statutory Holidays. Hours may change seasonally.


This role is based solely out of our physical locations, and will require the applicant to interact with clients both in person and virtually.
