    Job Description

    Create an engaging atmosphere for preschool-aged children, aligned with Montessori principles. Develop lesson plans that encourage hands-on exploration and discovery. Build strong relationships with parents through open communication and regular progress updates.

    • Lesson planning: Design curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles and abilities
    • Student progress tracking: Monitor individual growth and adjust instruction accordingly

    This role requires a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methodology. A diploma in Montessori education is essential, along with at least two years of experience working in a similar capacity.
    The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development, committed to ongoing professional growth, and dedicated to delivering high-quality educational experiences.
