Python Script for AI Title + Tag Generation

Job summary
I'm looking for a developer to build a standalone Python script that does the following:Select only unpublished video records from MySQL database
Extract raw filename (e.g. milf_bj_scene_1221.mp4)
Generate natural-sounding explicit title based on filename using AI (OpenAI or similar)
Auto-generate tags based on generated title and write them into database
The script should be cronjob-compatible (headless)
If no records to process it should quietly exit.
