What you'll do:

_**- Create a sales plan outlining the strategies, tactics, and milestones that will help achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.


  • Manage multiple client accounts, building strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and future plans to align them with a RoboTape solution.
  • Communicate and present the features, functionality, and competitive advantages of the RoboTape System to potential and existing clients.
  • Provide technical support to clients, offering solutions and addressing issues that arise during the sales cycle to ensure an optimized RoboTape solutions is presented.
  • Work closely with other departments within the organization, particularly marketing and customer service, to ensure the customer's needs are met, while remaining loyal to the company's sales objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in collaboration with the legal team to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Track sales progress and provide feedback on the sales performance, highlighting sales achievements, and suggesting recommendations for improvement.
  • Receives requests from new clients via online marketing campaigns, trade shows, industry events, and web based customer inquiries on a regular basis.
  • Develops new customers and automation markets.
  • Maintains relationships with existing and new client management
  • Stay up to date with market trends and identify new opportunities to grow the company's market share and drive sales growth.
  • Discusses RoboTape automation projects with existing and new customers.
  • Prepares quotation and proposal including RoboTape specific Cell and Tooling content.
  • Performs due diligence of quote pricing using historical data from previous job costing and/or purchased item pricing
  • Maintain sales forecast of probable and imminent jobs.
  • Occasional travel as required globally.

_ What you'll need:
_


  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or Equivalent Specialized Experience.
  • Minimum 5+ Years' Experience within the Automation or Automotive Manufacturing Field on Mechanical Assemblies, PLC controls, and Robotics.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts
  • Strong Electrical and/ or Mechanical assembly knowledge of custom automation
  • MS Office Software (Word, Excel)
