Flexible Schedule:11-7PM Monday - Friday OR Sundays - Thursdays.


Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Be in charge of the inventory.
  • Receiving shipment accurately.
  • Organizing shipments to ensure that inventory is separated by SKUs, product type, brands, etc.
  • Recording the new inventory into our system.
  • Responsible for leading inventory counts.
  • Review all the accounts and client's needs on a daily basis.
  • Monitor performance of all the associates and assist if any issues arise with their tasks.
  • Assist clients with their fulfillment inquiries as well as any shipment inquiry they have.
  • Check the order counts for all the clients and then assign appropriate associates to each client.

Required Skills:


  • 3 years of logistics/ecommerce experience
  • 2 years of relevant coordinator experience

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:


  • Relevant coordinator: 2 years (required)
  • Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
  • Logistics/ecommerce: 3 years (required)
