Description

Based in British Columbia and reporting to The North Face Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will manage a list of accounts based in Canada and will be responsible to build and execute plans that will lead to sustainable growth.

This individual must have proven sales experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible of all sales related activities (i.e. product viewings and marketing follow up) associated with the allocated accounts (online and brick and mortar).
  • Meet or exceed qualitative and quantitative sales targets in bookings and repeats with allocated accounts
  • Establish and execute multiseasonal "Go to Market" strategies with allocated accounts (including building assortments based on The North Face segmentation strategy).
  • Provide analysis on all sell through data to maximize opportunities and plan business.
  • Provide accurate feedback and forecasts on volume and specific product needs for allocated accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders from TNF Canada Team and accounts that contribute to the business.
  • Ensure showroom is organized and prepared for all meetings and sales presentations
  • Work with Head Office marketing team to build marketing plans and execute in season with allocated accounts
  • Allocated accounts and responsibilities can evolve as the marketplace changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Years of Related Professional Experience:
3-5 years of proven track record of sales representative experience


Educational/Position Requirements:
Bachelor's in Sales or Business or other relevant field

English

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate information formally and informally
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to identify, resolve problems and make strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and inspire a broad range of individuals to work toward a common goal.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising, trends and sales.
  • Must have a proven track record in implementing processes and executing.
  • Strong analysis skills required to plan business and report business trends.
