Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of new leases, renewals, terminations
- Creates stock files / PO for newly purchased assets and assets going back into inventory.
- Creation of sales invoices for asset sales, sales between companies and service (repairs, tires, storage, etc.)
- Responsible for licensing vehicles and keeping adequate back up on file.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients a
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
