Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of new leases, renewals, terminations
- works with the sales reps to obtain all necessary details for file creation including lien and credit checks.

  • Creates stock files / PO for newly purchased assets and assets going back into inventory.
  • Creation of sales invoices for asset sales, sales between companies and service (repairs, tires, storage, etc.)
  • Responsible for licensing vehicles and keeping adequate back up on file.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients a
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
