As a Sales Associate at Sparkle Squad, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential customers in designated neighborhoods.

This role requires a proactive and outgoing individual who enjoys meeting new people and effectively communicating the benefits of our window-cleaning services.

• Conduct doortodoor sales presentations to promote our window cleaning services to residential and commercial property owners.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify leads through strategic prospecting techniques.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followup actions using CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
