Accounts Payable Clerk - Full time
Location:
Mississauga, ON.
Lifemark is looking for the right individual to join our team as an
Accounts Payable Clerk in a dynamic, high volume, multi-location organization. The role requires expertise in full cycle AP, namely coding, data entry and approvals.
- Proven ability to accurately handle high volume of transactions, meet deadlines and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Commitment to delivering quality customer service supported by strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to deal with a variety of people and answer queries in a professional manner
- Flexible team player with the ability to function independently while working in a team environment
- Must be reliable, with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
Other key qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of AP Processes and Procedures
- Experience with AP in a multisite environment, ideally in retail or manufacturing
- Experience in processing and analyzing large volumes of data
- Strong computer skills in Excel and Word
