Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual for our Client Services team as a Desktop Support Analyst responsible for providing support to S&C's PC systems around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and prioritize requests for technical support or assistance.
  • Identify and analyze support issues, determining cause, resolution and potential trends.
