DUTIES:
- Manage open and closing of store
- Cellphone repair
- Sales and resolve customer needs
- Process orders
- Purchasing
- Managing inventory
EXPERIENCE:
- Familiarity with iOS, Android, and operating systems of mobile devices
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and provide basic technical support
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service principles
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Familiarity with schematics and hand tools is a plus
SKILLS:
