If that's you, we should talk

As a
Technical Writer you will

Create a wide range of highquality documentation using clear and concise language
Collaborate effectively with internal development, tools and tech to obtain precise information on tools and APIs
Direct access to internal tools and technology to verify the validity of technical documentations
Responsible for writing, updating, and proofreading of internal communication resources compiling all technical documentation through creative writing and aesthetically pleasing layouts
Manage complex documentation projects and support the crossproduct strategy at multiple levels

The experience we need

Consistent track record of developing technical documentation for a developer audience
An ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and systems and communicate them in a clear manner for the enduser
Motivated selfstarter, who independently takes projects through to completion
High proficiency with Microsoft Word and other MS Office packages
Media or Education industries experience is considered an asset

How you will make an impact

Effectively partner with counterparts in Design, Development, and Product Delivery in the creation of product documentation that will be consumed by our development teams, stakeholders and TVO's digital audiences
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create resources and communications materials that support the vision and learnings of our digital products
Work with key stakeholders to seek clarity in the product materials created and shared across the organization and to support gotomarket strategies
