Description

NRF Contracting is seeking a forms carpenter to join our unique and growing business. This positions will report to the site supervisors. We specialize in machine foundations and industrial concrete work, which means roughly 75% of the projects are indoors.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong work ethic, are attentive to detail and/or have experience operating mini excavators and skid steers, tying rebar, welding, forming, and pouring/finishing concrete.

Willingness to work at remote sites for months at a time is an asset.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Forming pits, walls, trenches, etc. with little supervision.
Tying/and bending rebar per drawing specification.
Assist in pouring and finishing concrete.
Assist with the excavation/demolition using mini excavators and skid steers.
Install isolation to limit vibrations.
Placing and packing aggregates to grade
Assist supervisors/lead hands with other associated tasks

Compensation:
Hourly wage will be determined based on prior experience performing job responsibilities. An annual Christmas bonus is also given to employees based on performance and company profitability in the given year.

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
